What we collect
What you send us through the quote form or by email: your name, company, email address, and what you tell us about your samples. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, quote and perform the work, invoice, and keep the records the law requires. We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers and laboratories as needed to do the work.
Samples and data
We keep client samples, data, and identities confidential, and we never publish them without written permission.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we're required to keep. Email info@nanolab.llc.
